New 60' round pen
Large grassy field with jumps
Arenas groomed once a day and watered as necessary
Large turnouts - some with grass accessibility

Sixteen (16) box stalls w/ rubber mats
(Stalls are 12.5'x12' and 10'x12')
In-barn fire alarm system
Three (3) outdoor stalls with paddocks (2-4 more planned)
Wash bay with hot water
Heated tack room with personal lockers
Two tack rooms - one for each barn
